Eric Shane Hendrix, son of Janet Sadler Smith and David Hendrix, was born on October 8, 1987, in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, and departed this life on July 8, 2022 at his residence in Dexter, Missouri, at the age of 34 years.
Mr. Hendrix had formerly worked at Sonic in Dexter.
He is survived by his mother, Janet Smith of Dexter, Missouri; by his father and step-mother, David and Anita Hendrix of Pontotoc, Mississippi; by his maternal grandmother, Carzenia Sadler of Dexter, Missouri; and by two step-sisters, Stephanie Gray of Malvern, Arkansas and Samantha Brown of Pontotoc, Mississippi.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Elbert L. Sadler; and by his half-brother, Gabe Sweeney.
Visitation will be held at Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Monday, July 11, 2022, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.
Funeral services will then be conducted in the Mathis Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, July 11, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Mickey Goodwin officiating. Interment will follow in the Bernie Cemetery.

Richard Jackson Brown Jr., son of the late Richard Jackson Brown Sr. and Lenora Judy Brown, was born on March 17, 1953, in El Paso, Texas, and departed this life on July 6, 2022, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center, in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, at the age of 69 years.
Mr. Brown was a Veteran of the United States Air Force. He was a former master of train operations for Union Pacific Railroad and a resident of Dexter, Missouri.
On February 14, 2004, in Scott City, Missouri, he was united in marriage to Shelia Kenshalo. Mrs. Brown survives of their home in Dexter.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his step son, Kelly Cagle of Dexter, Missouri; by three sons, Corey Brown of El Paso, Texas, Kelsey Brown and wife Kaily of Seattle, Washington, and Casey Brown of El Paso, Texas; by his step daughter, Brandy Cagle of Dexter, Missouri; by his daughter, Lindsay Kronmiller and husband Jon of El Paso, Texas; by his sister, Debbie Midkiff; and by six grandchildren, Addisynn Tipton, Rylan Cagle and Stetsen Collins all of Dexter, Missouri, Payson Cagle of Bloomfield, Missouri, Hannah Kronmiller and Caedon Kronmiller both of El Paso, Texas.
Graveside service will be held at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield on Wednesday, July 13, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. with full military honors.

Wanda Lee Parker of Dexter, Missouri, daughter of the late Raymond and Caroline (Surface) Parker was born on May 5, 1959 in Sikeston, Missouri passed away on July 5, 2022 at Southeast Health of Dexter, Missouri at the age of 63.
She lived in the Stoddard County area all of her life. She was of the Christian faith. Wanda loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Wanda is survived by one son Randy (Christina) Parker of Dexter, Missouri; one daughter Pamela Good of Dexter, Missouri; five grandchildren Charles Parker, Randall Beck, Angelina Wilkerson, Lauriyn Good, Wanda Darlene Faith Marie Parker; two brothers Donald Parker of Arnold, Missouri; Poncho Parker of Tennessee; three sisters Susie Copeland of Sikeston, Missouri; Norma Matney of Dexter, Missouri; Patricia Henson of Dexter, Missouri as well as a host of family and friends also survive.
She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers Raymond Junior Parker, JC Parker, and Buckwheat Parker.
Visitation will be held on Saturday July 16, 2022 at 11:00 a.m.until the time of service at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri.

Danial Wayne Reinbott of Florence, Mississippi, son of Gary Wayne Reinbott and Catherine (Vaughn) Reinbott, was born in Dexter, Missouri on September 17, 1972, and passed away near his home in Florence, Mississippi on July 5, 2022, at the age of 49.
He lived in the Missouri and Oklahoma areas for most of his early life, finally settling down in Mississippi in 2005. Danial was self-employed in the construction field and a welder in the Boilermakers Union for many years. Danial enjoyed fishing and working on cars and small engines, but his true passion was arrowhead hunting, and he would spend hours combing a field for the perfect arrowhead. On sunny days, Danial found peace while mowing grass and riding motorcycles.
Danial was the best kind of friend to have, and his happiest moments were spent helping others. He treasured family above all else, spending many of his days caring for his mother.
Danial is survived by his parents; his son Taylor (Rhiannon) Alexander of Florence, Missouri; his daughter Abby Alexander of St. Charles, Missouri; one sister Cassandra (John) Welch of Brandon, Mississippi; one nephew Brendan (Maycee) Hooper of Jackson, Mississippi; one great nephew Myles Hooper of Jackson, Mississippi; as well as a host of family and friends also survive.
He was preceded in death by his fiancé Samantha Gail Vaughn of Dexter, Missouri.

Bobby Lee “Cotton” Miller, 92, son of the late Amon Miller and Florence Bailey Miller, was born on June 21, 1930, in Clarkton, Missouri, and departed this life on July 6, 2022, at his residence in Dexter, Missouri.
Bob was a member of First Baptist Church in Dexter, Missouri. After high school, he joined the United States Navy, serving in the Korean War on the USS Calvert. After returning home, he began farming, helping with the family farm, and then farming on his own. He also worked for N.B. Harty and was a member of the Dexter Rotary Club.
Bob, a beloved husband, is survived by his wife of 37 years, Mary Lou Miller, of the home in Dexter, Missouri; by four daughters, Pam Woodward (Jim) of St. Genevieve, Missouri, Jennifer Miller (Don Welker) of Dexter, Missouri, Kim Jackson of Bloomfield, Missouri, and Candy Collier (Shannon) of Dexter, Missouri; by seven grandchildren, and fourteen great-grandchildren.
Other than by his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Amon Miller, Jr., and his sisters, Norma Jean Bradley and Sue Meyer.
A Celebration of Life will be held at New Bethel General Baptist Church in Dexter on Monday, July 11, 2022, from 12:00 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. with Chaplin Callum Reavey officiating.
Interment will follow in the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield on Monday, July 11, 2022, at 2:00 p.m.
