
Carlson F. Sielert, 92, of Owens Cross Roads, Alabama, passed away Tuesday, May 17, 2022.
Daddy loved woodworking and made beautiful things from furniture to realistic looking birds. He loved restoring his Model A's which he restored 5 from wheels up. He was just very talented in many areas. He was a wonderful loving daddy and grandpa.
He was preceded in death by his father, Carl Portland Sielert; by his mother, Opal Lillian Sielert; by his first wife, Ruth Eloise Sielert; by his second wife, Frieda Fritzie Sielert; by two sisters, Helen Adams, and Jewel Sielert; and by two brothers, Loren Sielert, and Roger Sack.
Surviving are his daughters, Carla Dean (Bill) Cotner, Sherry Lynn Sielert Hamilton, and Debi Sack Drake; his grandsons, Jeffery D. Gott, and Joel R. (Emily) Gore; his granddaughters, Kari Hamilton (Wesley) Kern, and Darla Wagner; his grandson, Todd (Dawn) Wagner; his grandchildren Rick, Ron, Chrissy, Cyndi, Christopher and Tommy; one great-great grandchild; twenty-three great, great-grandchildren, and many nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be held at Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Saturday, May 21, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
Funeral services will then be conducted in the Mathis Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, May 21, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. with Scott Sielert officiating.
Interment will follow in the Bloomfield Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri.
