In Memory of Jack Ferguson

Jack Ferguson, son of the late Bruce Ferguson and Alice Studdard Ferguson, was born on December 25, 1946, in Blytheville, Arkansas, and departed this life on February 12, 2022, at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center, in Poplar Bluff, Missouri at the age of 75 years.

Mr. Ferguson was a Veteran of the United States Army. He was a truck driver for 45 years and a resident of Dexter, Missouri.

On November 21, 1964, in Caruthersville, Missouri, he was united in marriage to Jacqueline Burnett. Mrs. Ferguson survives of their home in Dexter.

In addition to his wife Jacqueline, he is survived by two sons, Mike Ferguson of Malden, Missouri, and Eddie Ferguson (Sarah) of Rose Hill, Kansas; by two daughters, Candy Duppass (James) of Arnold, Missouri, and Windy Freeman (Tara) of Spokane, Washington; by his sister, Betty Arnold of Bogard, Missouri; and by nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Other than by his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Clinton Ferguson, Bruce Ferguson Jr., and J. B. Ferguson.

No services are planned.

Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter is assisting with arrangements.
