Dexter High School held their annual awards assembly on Tuesday, May 11th at the Bearcat Event Center. Scholarships winners were also announced during the ceremony.
The Bank of Advance Scholarship in the amount of $1,000 was presented by Billy Fowler.
The 2021 Bank of Advance Scholarship went to Layne Medler.

Alana Dowdy, Dexter High School principal recognized two students who have excelled at Poplar Bluff Career and Technical Center.
They are Jaycee Chappell and Emily Battles.
Both Jaycee and Emily will graduate from the Health Occupations program with honors.
Also, they were inducted into the National Technical Honor Society.
Jaycee was selected as the outstanding student in her health occupations class, and she has completed her Certified Nurses Assistant certification.
