In Memory of Barbara Ann Colyer

Barbara Ann Colyer, daughter of the late Frank Fuller and Sarah McCoy Fuller, was born on March 12, 1936 in Bragg City, Missouri, and departed this life on May 16, 2021 at the Sikeston Convalescent Center in Sikeston, Missouri, at the age of 85 years.

Mrs. Colyer was a former clerk for Rural Electric in Bloomfield, Missouri, and a homemaker. She was of the Southern Baptist faith.

On December 22, 1954, in Bloomfield, Missouri, she was united in marriage to Thomas Colyer. Mr. Colyer preceded her in death on December 12, 2016.

She is survived by three daughters, Gayla McCallister of Dexter, Missouri, Judy Crawford (Steve McKnight) of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Danica Gray (Ryan) of Monticello, Arkansas; and by seven grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.

Other than by her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Calvin Fuller, Vernon Fuller, and one in infancy; and by four sisters, Loedith Blackwell, Addy Potter, Ruby Glidewell, and Fay Barron.

Visitation will be held at Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Monday, May 24, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Funeral services will then be conducted in the Mathis Funeral Chapel on Monday, May 24, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield.

Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.

Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter is in charge of arrangements.

In Memory of Randy Harold Hederer

Randy Harold Hederer died on May 13, 2021 at Southeast Health in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, at the age of 65.

Randy was born on April 2, 1956 to Harold and Audree (Melander) Hederer in Marshfield, Wisconsin.

Randy worked at Wicks Building System in Spencer, hauled cattle, painted farm equipment, and built custom trailers. Randy enjoyed hunting, pony pulling and in his younger years enjoyed calling for square dances.

He is survived by three children, Tim (Angela) Phillips, Katie Jarrell, and Randy Hederer; seven grandchildren, Alexis Philips, Lily Phillips, Timothy Phillips, Nathan Christian, Ethan Christian, Alex Newcomb, and Brendon Newcomb; by his mother Audree Hederer of Marshfield, Wisconsin; by four sisters, Marge Choquette of Austin, Texas, Sharon (Jeff) Cartwright of Quakertown, Pennsylvania, Darlene (Roger) Shupe of Spencer, Wisconsin, and Tina (Todd) O'Neal of Monona, Wisconsin; and by two brothers, Jeff (Cindy) Hederer of Manchaca, Texas, and Larry (Robin) Hederer of Abbotsford, Wisconsin

He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Hederer; and grandparents, Wenzel and Marie Hederer, and Gertrude and Edward Melander.

Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter is assisting with arrangements.

Phebia Jane Lacy, daughter of the late John Lewis and Jessie Lillian Pullum, was born in Bloomfield, Missouri on February 2, 1941 and departed this life in Winchester Nursing at Bernie, Missouri on May 14, 2021 at the age of 80.

Mrs. Lacy was a Waitress/Cook in area restaurants and nursing homes. She was a resident of Bernie.

Survivors include one son, Steven Lacy & wife Kimberly of Dexter, Missouri; by two daughters, Diana Barr & husband Robert of Dexter, Missouri and Melinda D. Lacy-Myers of Spring, Texas; by one brother, John Lewis of Sikeston, Missouri; by one sister, Julia Taylor of Advance, Missouri; by six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; also by many Nieces and Nephews and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by one son, Scott Allen Duncan; by one daughter, Beverly Ruth Lacy; by one brother, Arlie Richard Lewis; by one sister, Esther Carol Richmond.

Friends may call at Mathis Funeral Home in Bernie, Missouri on Friday, May 21, 2021 from 12:00 P.M. until 1:45 P.M. Graveside services will be conducted on Friday, May 21, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. at Hagy Cemetery in Dexter, Missouri. Interment will follow. Mathis Funeral Home of Bernie in charge of all arrangements.

Rick Lacy, son of Jesse Lacy and Lajean Speas, was born on May 1, 1961 in Massachusetts, and departed this life on May 14, 2021 at his residence in Dexter, Missouri at the age of 60 years.

He is survived by his three sons, Josh Lacy of Las Vegas, Nevada, Justin Lacy of Baytown, Texas, and Jacob Lacy of Dexter, Missouri; by his two brothers, Randy Lacy of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and Russell Lacy of Dexter; and by his father, Jesse Lacy of Dexter.

His celebration of life service will be held at the Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter, on Wednesday, May 19, 2021, visitation at 10:00 a.m., followed by a memorial service at 11:00 a.m.

Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter is assisting with arrangements.

Kevin Wayne Noall of Dexter, Missouri was born to Alfred Quick and late Ruth Elaine Tallman Reynolds on July 9, 1960 in Flint, Michigan and passed away on May 13, 2021 at Ridgeview Assisted Living Center in Dexter, Missouri.  

Kevin had been a resident of Dexter, Missouri area for 23 years he lived in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, Texas and in Michigan  He was in the United States Army. Kevin enjoyed bass fishing, grilling, puzzles, and making wooden treasures and spending time with family and friends. He worked in construction.

Kevin married Shannon Mary Orton on July 16, 1993 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.   

Surviving Kevin is his wife Shannon Noall of the home; one son David (Becky) Orton of Dexter, Missouri; three daughters Kourtney Orton of Dexter, Missouri Breanna Morse of Benton, Missouri and Emily (Derik) Collier of Jackson, Missouri; six grandchildren, Brenner, Druzy Orton, Avery, Taegyn, Tanner, Piper Collier; father and mother Alfred and Eileen Noall; His companion Siamese cat Sommora he loved dearly. Many friends and family also survive. Kevin is proceeded in death by his mother and father Ruth Elaine Reynolds and Harold R. Reynolds.

There are no services planned at this time.
