Elease Conley, daughter of the late Seth Levi Campbell and Elvie Henson Campbell, was born on August 2, 1927 in Lobelville, Tennessee, and departed this life on February 18, 2021 at Cypress Point Skilled Nursing in Dexter, Missouri, at the age of 93.

She was married to George Jewell Conley on September 23, 1952, in Piggott, Arkansas. In 1953, George and Elease moved to Dexter, Missouri, where he was employed. Mr. Conley proceeded her in death on May 8, 1982.

Elease was a devoted wife and a devout Christian. She also loved caring for her many nieces and nephews. She attended the Dexter Church of Christ faithfully and was active in her congregation.

Other than by her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by four sisters; Lena Waterson, Aline Bradford, Mary Johnson, and Lovie Barker; and by one brother, Raymond Campbell. She will be missed by her many friends.

Visitation will be held at Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Monday, February 22, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.

Funeral services will then be conducted in the Mathis Funeral Chapel at 2:00 p.m. with Clyde Jacques officiating.

Interment will follow in the Dexter Cemetery.
