Pauline Comfort, daughter of the late Lewis Hindman and Euna Lunsford Hindman, was born on December 2, 1926 in Shidler, Oklahoma, and departed this life on November 26, 2020 at Southeast Health in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, at the age of 93 years.

Mrs. Comfort was a homemaker and resident of Dexter, Missouri.

On June 29, 1947, in Wichita, Kansas, she was united in marriage to Robert Comfort. Mr. Comfort preceded her in death in September of 1999.

She is survived by two sons, Steve Comfort and wife Karen of Bloomfield, Missouri and David Comfort and wife Brenda of Billings, Montana; by her brother, Leon Hindman of Garden City, Kansas; by her sister, Darlene Morton of Wagoner, Oklahoma; and by four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Other than by her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Cecil Hindman and Alvin Hindman; and by four sisters, Edith Martin, Lois Hobbs, Hazel Schuerman, and Charlene Yacknot.
