
Jonathan Dale Mast, 63, of Bloomfield Mo, died peacefully at his home, October 19, 2020, after a 5 ½ year battle with cancer. He was born in Virginia Beach, Virginia, on April 16, 1957, to Walter and Betty (Hershberger) Mast, who survive.
He was a member of the Crowleys Ridge Mennonite Church, and was a self-employed painter. He took special interest in the elderly and always found time to make friends with them. He was well known for his large and luscious gardens.
On May 7, 1977, he married Margaret Overholt, who preceded him in death August 22, 2005. To this union was born Forrest (Genevieve Stoll), Holly (Jason Troyer), Gail (James Wengerd), Robin (James Miller), Melody (Vernon Miller), Dale (Alexandria Rich), Lily, Wade and Dustin.
August 2, 2008, he married Frieda Graber, who survives. Also surviving are siblings, Darrell Mast, Karen Hostetler, Brenda Yoder, Lois Yutzy, David Mast, Anne Weaver and Carol Weaver, also 23 grandchildren whom he loved dearly.
Funeral services to be held at Crowleys Ridge Mennonite Church, on October 22, 2020, with burial at Cedar Springs Amish Mennonite Cemetery, Clarkson, Kentucky, on October 23, 2020.
