Bonnie J. Williamson, daughter of the late Floyd Anderson and Alta Wilfong Anderson, was born on June 15, 1934 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, and departed this life on July 1, 2020 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, at the age of 86 years.
Mrs. Williamson was a former receptionist at Janet’s Beauty Salon. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Dexter, Missouri and a resident of Dexter.
She is survived by three sons, Gordon Dean Williamson of Dexter, Missouri, Hal Glen Williamson and wife Theresa of Cypress, Texas, and Gary Douglas Williamson of Fulshear, Texas; by her daughter, Starla Cecil and husband Collin of Sikeston, Missouri; by ten grandchildren, Taylor Cecil, Mychelle Sloan, Matt Williamson, Amber Williamson, Nicole Williamson, Rachel Contreras, Nick Beaher, Amber Beaher, Jeremy Kirkpatrick, and Steven Sloan; and by ten great-grandchildren, Addison Williamson, McKenna Valadez, Danica Sloan, Makenzie Kirkpatrick, Aaron Kirkpatrick, Brad Williamson, Hailey Williamson, Gage Williamson, Keith Beaher, and Carson Beaher.
Other than by her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Dale Anderson; by her sister, Laura Giddens; and by her grandson, Adam Williamson.
Friends may call at Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Sunday, July 5, 2020 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Funeral services will then be conducted in the Mathis Funeral Chapel on Sunday, July 5, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Mike Kohlbaker officiating.
Interment will follow in Chalk Bluff Cemetery in Dexter.
