WIND GUSTS ARE EXPECTED TO BE THE HIGHEST STARTING AROUND MIDNIGHT TONIGHT AND LAST UNTIL MID AFTERNOON WEDNESDAY.

* WINDS...SUSTAINED WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO AROUND 40 MPH.
