* LOOK FOR GRADUAL RISES IN WATER LEVELS IN SMALL DITCHES, STREAMS, AND CREEKS THROUGH THE MIDNIGHT HOUR. MORE INTENSE RAINFALL RATES EARLY THIS MORNING WILL CAUSE MORE RAPID FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS AND POORLY DRAINED URBAN AREAS.
