Gary Leon Beacham, son of the late Warren and Wilma Pascal Moore Beacham, was born on April 25, 1946 in Senath, Missouri and departed this life on September 13, 2019 at Sikeston Convalescent Center in Sikeston, Missouri at the age of 73 years.
Mr. Beacham was a former Industrial Engineer for Brown Shoe Company, Paramount Headwear and Elders Manufacturing. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Puxico and a resident of Sikeston, Missouri. Mr. Beacham enjoyed the outdoors, especially deer hunting and crappie fishing and he enjoyed volunteering with the Mingo Swamp Friends.
On June 2, 1973, in Bernie, Missouri, he was united in marriage to Rose Mary Winstead. Mrs. Beacham survives of their home in Sikeston, Missouri.
In addition to his wife, Rose, he is survived by two daughters, Kim Thornbrough and husband Jeff of Sikeston, Missouri and Stephanie Beacham of St. Louis, Missouri; by two grandchildren, Jeffery Thornbrough and Dylan Thornbrough; by his brother-in-law, Jack Biddle of Las Vegas, Nevada; and by many relatives and friends.
Other than by his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Judy Biddle.
Friends may call at Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Sunday, September 15, 2019 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Funeral services will then be conducted in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel on Sunday, September 15, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Justin Miller officiating.
Interment will follow in the Bernie Cemetery.
