Joel Chatten Capps II, son of Joel C. Capps Sr. and Janet Robinson Capps, was born on December 31, 1963 in Carbondale, Illinois and departed this life on September 6, 2019 at his residence in Dudley, Missouri at the age of 55 years.

Mr. Capps was a machinist for the landfill in Marion, Illinois.

He is survived by his parents, Joel and Janet Capps of West Frankfort, Illinois; and by his son Joshua Capps of Portland, Oregon.
