
Bertha Helen McKay, daughter of the late Charley Lewis Smith and Birtha Mae Smith, was born on June 26, 1930 in Risco, Missouri and departed this life on July 13, 2019 in Town and Country, Missouri at the age of 89 years.
Mrs. McKay was a member of the Lindenwood Christian Church in Memphis, Tennessee and she was a resident of Memphis for 50 years.
She is survived by two sons, Dale McKay (Donna) of Pflugerville, Texas and David McKay (Melissa) of St. Louis, Missouri; by her daughter, Linda McKay of St. Louis, Missouri; by her sister-in-law, Norma Smith of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; by nine grandchildren, Jarred, Justin, Jesse, Erica, Nichole, Krystle, Brittni, Zach and Jeff; and by eight great-grandchildren, Lybbie, Ameyah, Katie, RyLee, Stryder, Waylon, Gabriella and Ariel.
Other than by her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Charles Edward Smith, Lowell Eugene Smith and Dale Lee Smith.
A graveside service will be conducted at Hagy Cemetery in Dexter, Missouri on Saturday, July 27, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. with Brian Burke officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of Bertha Helen McKay to the charity of choice.

Delvan Lloyd Rochelle, son of the late Bert Rochelle and Una Tschudin Dilallo, was born on September 23, 1928 in St. Louis, Missouri and departed this life on July 15, 2019 at Cypress Point Skilled Nursing Center in Dexter, Missouri at the age of 90 years.
Mr. Rochelle was a veteran of the United State Air Force, serving during the Korean War. After leaving the Air Force, he was a freight car inspector for the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad. He was an active member of Friendship Baptist Church in Dexter and a resident of Dexter.
He is survived by his cousin, Betty Anderson of Dexter, Missouri; and by his second cousins, Carol Anderson, Cheryl Peacock, Jana DeGeorge, Joe Anderson, Harold Conner, Michael Conner, Steven Conner and Donna Webb.
Other than by his parents, he was preceded in death by his cousin, Dorothy Conner.
A graveside service will be conducted at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield on Friday, July 19, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Lonny Mittag officiating.

James Petit, son of the late Leonard and Natalie Flynn Petit, was born in Waterbury, Connecticut on January 14, 1930, and passed away at his home near Puxico on July 12, 2019, at the age of 89 years, 5 months and 28 days.
James had been a world traveler before making his home in Puxico. He was a veteran of the U. S. Air Force, a member of the V.F.W. Post 1991, the Disabled American Veterans and the Paragould Pilots Association.
On August 5, 2007 he was married to Josephine Williams in Kennett, Missouri.
Surviving are his wife, Josephine Petit of Puxico; one son, Steve Mobbs of Puxico; one daughter and husband, Jackie and Danny McCoy of Dexter; one grandson, Danny McCoy, Jr. of Dexter. Other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and two sisters.
Interment will be in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery on Thursday July 18, 2019 at 1:00 pm with full military honors.

Karl Dean Wilmath, son of the late Edward Wilmath and Goldia Reeves Wilmath, was born on January 11, 1937 in Bloomfield, Missouri and departed this life on July 12, 2019 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 82 years.
Mr. Wilmath was a veteran of the United States Army, retiring after 23 years of service. During his service in the Army, he was awarded the Meritorious Service medal, Army Commendation medal and Army Achievement medal. After retiring from the Army, he was a former Professor of Latin Languages and History at Lane College in Jackson, Tennessee. He was a member of American Legion Post 293 in Malden, Missouri and he was of the Catholic faith.
On October 24, 1969, in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, he was united in marriage to Tiemkair Kim Dechatech. Mrs. Wilmath survives of their home in Jackson, Tennessee.
In addition to his wife, Tiemkair, he is survived by two sons, Mario Wilmath of Tucson, Arizona and Marco Wilmath of Jackson, Tennessee; by his brother, Jerry Wilmath of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; and by two sisters, Bonnie Watson and Marrine Grobe, both of Dexter, Missouri.
Other than by his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, William Wilmath.

Funeral services will then be conducted in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel in Dexter on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at 12:30 p.m.
