In Memory of Bobby G. Fowler

Bobby G. Fowler, son of the late Albert Fowler and Arel Wilson Fowler, was born on March 16, 1934 in Iuka, Mississippi and departed this life on June 22, 2019 at Mulberry Manor in Dexter, Missouri at the age of 85 years.
Mr. Fowler was a veteran of the United State Air Force, retiring after 20 years as Technical Sergeant. After he retired from the military, he was a former Start-up Engineer for Bechtel Corporation. Bobby was a member of New Bethel General Baptist Church in Dexter. He was an avid golfer and loved to bowl.
On January 25, 1955, in Smithfield, North Carolina, he was united in marriage to Shirley Parker. Mrs. Fowler preceded him in death on June 11, 2017.
He is survived by two daughters, Sandy Hutchcraft and husband Tim of Dexter, Missouri and Jilda Everhart and husband William of Greensboro, North Carolina; by his brother, Joe Fowler of Red Bud, Illinois; by his sister, Voncilla “Tootie” Ray of Blytheville, Arkansas; by two grandchildren, Chris Hutchcraft and wife Stacey and Michael Gillie; and by three great-grandchildren, Hayden Hutchcraft, Grady Hutchcraft and Kayla Hutchcraft.
Other than by his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Albert Fowler, Jimmy Fowler and Pete Fowler; and by his sister, Alberta Cornelison.
Friends may call at Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Funeral Services will then be conducted at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield on Thursday, June 27, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Jamie Jones officiating.

In Memory of Steve P. Hall

Steve P. Hall, son of the late Vernon P. Hall and Lillian Davenport Hall, was born on June 17, 1954 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri and departed this life on Sunday, June 23, 2019 at Southeast Health of Cape Girardeau at the age of 65 years.
Mr. Hall was a route salesman for LKQ/Keystone. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Dexter and the Dexter Masonic Lodge #532. Steve was a pilot and loved to fly. He enjoyed being outdoors; camping, fishing or hunting.
On December 21, 1979, in Las Vegas, Nevada, he was united in marriage to Diane Hodder. Mrs. Hall survives of their home in Dexter.
In addition to his wife, Diane, he is survived by his son, Matt Hall of Dexter and by his grandson, Hunter P. Hall.
Friends may call at Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Masonic Rites will then be conducted in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. with funeral services to immediately follow with Rev. Don Kennedy officiating.
Interment will follow in the Dexter Cemetery.

In Memory of Ruby Ester Pulley

Ruby Ester Pulley, daughter of the late Curt Cobb and Alta Willis Cobb was born in Success, Arkansas on April 20, 1925 and departed this life at Cape Coral Hospice House in Cape Coral, Florida on June 19, 2019 at the age of 94.
Mrs. Pulley had worked at Purolator Products Inc. of Dexter, Missouri until her retirement. She was a homemaker and a resident of North Ft. Myers, Florida.
Survivors include two sons, William Eugene Porter & wife Karen of Columbus, Ohio and Curtis Lee Porter & wife Darlene of Ft. Myers, Florida; two daughters, Donna Kulie & husband Richard of North Ft. Myers, Florida and Carolyn Lutman of Dupo, Illinois; by one brother, Billy Cobb & wife Willa Marie of Blythe, California; by one sister, Brenda Cobb Allen of Blythe, California; by thirteen grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; also by other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death other than by her parents, by one daughter, Joy Mayville; by one brother, Leroy Cobb: by two sisters, Wanda Walker and Norma Fanto.
Friends may call at Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Bernie, Missouri on Saturday, June 22, 2019 from 10:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M.
Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 P.M. in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel in Bernie starting at 12:00 Noon.
Interment will follow in the Bernie Cemetery. Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in charge of all arrangements.

In Memory of Faye "Peck" Geno

Faye "Peck" Geno was born on February 18, 1934 in Gray Ridge, Missouri to the late Cyrus Blevins & Sylvia Lasater Blevins. She departed this life on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at the Winchester Nursing Center in Bernie at the age of 85.
Faye "Peck" Geno had been a retail clerk and was a member of the First General Baptist Church in Malden.
Her survivors include:
2 Sons: Randy Peck of Malden and Toby Geno & wife, Emilie of Malden.
2 Daughters: Sherry Blaylock & husband, Danny of Malden and Julie Flowers & husband, Mike of Gardner, Kansas.
5 Grandchildren
10 Great-grandchildren
Several nieces & nephews
She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 son: Ricky Lynn Peck, 5 sisters & 3 brothers.
Visitation will be held Saturday June 22, 2019 from 10 A.M.-12 P.M. at the Landess Funeral Home in Malden. Funeral services will follow at 12:00 P.M. with Chaplain Chad Bles officiating.
Internment will be in Stevens Cemetery in Bernie, Missouri.

In Memory of Barbara Fulford

Barbara Fulford, daughter of the late H A “Buster” McGuire and Oble Felton McGuire, was born on July 10, 1938 in Batesville, Arkansas and departed this life on Monday, June 17, 2019 at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri at the age of 80 years.
Mrs. Fulford was a member of the Dudley Community Church. She was a former line worker for Arvin Automotive for 23 years.
In 1958, in Dexter, Missouri, she was united in marriage to Charles J. Fulford, Sr. Mr. Fulford survives of their home in Dexter.
In addition to her husband, Charles, she is survived by her son, Charles J. Fulford, Jr. and his wife Teresa of Cape Girardeau, by two daughters, Wendy Ray and her husband Terry of Poplar Bluff and Stephani Underwood and her husband Trint of Dexter; by three brothers, B. A. McGuire and Raymond McGuire, both of Dexter and Charles McGuire of Indiana; by two sisters, Sue Sewell and Sharon Asberry, both of Franklin, Indiana; by four grandchildren and several step-grandchildren and several step-great grandchildren.
Other than by her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth McGuire.

Funeral services will then be conducted in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel on Friday, June 21, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Lynn Ash officiating.
Interment will follow in the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield.
