Mona Raye Burns, age 81, of Poplar Bluff, MO, died Saturday, March 16, 2019 at The Manor in Poplar Bluff, MO.

Mrs. Burns was born May 16, 1937 , daughter of the late James Leroy Aaron and Lula Virginia Bell.

She was a member of Green Forest Church of Christ. She enjoyed crocheting and just being grandma.

On July 21, 1956 She married James Elmer Burns. He preceded her in death on November 23, 2014.

She is survived by two daughters: Kathy Joiner of Ellsinore and Cammy Burns of Mc Gee; two sons: Tim Burns of Fort Smith, AR and Wayne Burns of Bloomfield; 9 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.

Visitation was held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at White-Sanders Funeral Home in Fisk.

Funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel with Adam Noles officiating. Burial will be in Walker Cemetery at Bloomfield, Missouri.
