In Memory of Kenny McGuire

Kenny McGuire, son of the late Hubert McGuire and Oble Fenton McGuire was born on February 8, 1933 in Zion, Arkansas and departed this life on January 23, 2019 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri at the age of 85.
Mr. McGuire was the owner and operator of Kerr McGee Shell Station in Dexter for many years. He was a Veteran of the United States Army, member of the Grace Fellowship Church in Dexter, and a resident of Dexter.
On October 1, 1960 he was united in marriage to Louise Sewell in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky. Mrs. McGuire survives of the home in Dexter.
Besides his wife, survivors include one son, James McGuire of Dexter, three brothers, Charles McGuire of Columbus, Indiana, B.A. McGuire and Raymond McGuire both of Dexter, three sisters, Barbara Fulford of Dexter, Susie Sewell and Sharon Asbell both of Franklin, Indiana, also by five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Johnny Allan McGuire.
Friends may call at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter from 1:00 until 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, January 26, 2019.
Funeral services will then be conducted on Saturday at 2:00 P.M. in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel in Dexter with Pastor Bonnie Cannell officiating.
Interment will follow in the Dexter Cemetery.
