Dexter, Missouri - It's time for the annual FBLA Mac & Cheese Drive!!

Dexter High School Advisory classes will be competing to see who collects the most boxes of Mac & Cheese between November 12th - November 20th.  The class with the most boxes receives a pizza party.  However if all the students donate more than 400 boxes (roughly one box per student) then the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) will award a pizza party for each winning class in each grade.

Teachers are also participating and whoever donates 2 cases (24 boxes) by November 9th will have the privilege of wearing jeans every day until Thanksgiving!!!

You can help!!  Buy Mac & Cheese boxes and donate to a student to bring to school!

Donations will be given to the Stoddard County Gospel Mission.

Pictured are Alex Townsend and Kolby Musgrave holding Mac & Cheese boxes donated by students.

Tutoring and ASD has been cancelled for Tuesday, November 6th.  Any ASD assigned for this day should be served on Wednesday, November 7th.

Student Council members should meet in the auditorium today during their lunch shift.

Congrats to Margo Nea for finishing 27th out of 164 runners at the State Class 3 Championships on Saturday at Jefferson City.

We will notify the winning bids that Friday and expect payment before Thanksgiving break.

Kicking Cats will practice in the middle school on Tuesday.

We love to see so many students enjoying the ping-pong tables before & after school and during lunch and hope this continues.  However, we must go back to the original policy of turning in your student ID to check out equipment from the Bearcat Den. Several recently purchased paddles have been damaged and destroyed and we can not continue to replace these items.  Students may also bring their own equipment.

Students watching games should not stand between the tables or directly next to them when in use.  We want to allow those playing plenty of room and prevent students from leaning on, or putting weight on tables to avoid warping / damaging tables.
