Edward and Susan Cooper of Williamsville are the parents of a boy born on September 20, 2018 at SoutheastHEALTH in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

Carson Owen Cooper weighed 12 lbs., 1 oz and was 22 1/2 inches long at birth.

Carson was welcomed home by a big brother.

Maternal grandparents are Gary and Janie Forshee of Dexter, Missouri and Teresa Hicks also of Dexter.

Paternal grandparents are Bill and Sandy Cooper of Salem, Missouri.
