Dexter, Missouri - The Lunch Box formerly known as the Stoddard County Nutrition Center invites you to join them for lunch Monday - Friday and enjoy some fun activities as well.
The Dexter Senior Center is located at 23 W. Stoddard St. in historic downtown Dexter and it's not just for seniors!
You really don't have to be a senior to eat there. The food is great, served hot, and very inexpensive.
They serve lunch from noon - 1 p.m. and the cost is $3.50 for seniors and $5.50 for non-seniors. Suggested age for seniors is 60+.
Monday, September 24, 2018 - Turkey Slice, potatoes, carrots, cornbread, and fruit.
Activities: Sit and Sing Motion at 11:30 a.m., BINGO at 1 p.m. and the American Legion Community Dance from 6:30 - 8:30 at the American Legion.
Tuesday, September 25, 2018 - Sweet and Sour Chicken, fried rice, vegetable egg roll, fortune cookie and jello cake.
Activities: Bible Trivia at 11 a.m. and BINGO at 1 p.m.
Wednesday, September 26, 2018 - Pork Fritter, Catfish, baked beans, slaw, hush puppies, and pineapple strawberry fluff.
Activities: Activity Chair BINGO 11:15 a.m. and Craft at 1 p.m.

Dexter, Missouri - The Lunch Box Active Adult Center formerly the Stoddard County Nutrition Center located in downtown Dexter will host their 7th Annual Meals on Wheels Chili and Stew Supper on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 from 4:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
The cost is $7.00 for adults and $3.00 for children under 10.
Cornbread, homemade desserts, and drinks are also included with the meal.
Come out and watch the parade and have some delicious chili!!
