Ste. Genevieve has received the #1 ranking and has a record of 2-0 with a total accumulation of 47 points.
In the #2 spot is Perryville. They are 1-1 with 35 points.
The Dexter Bearcats have earned a #3 ranking also with a record of 1-1, but with few points than Perryville standing at 32.50 points.
Fredericktown and Potosi have tied with a 1-1 record and received 30 points.
Park Hills is having a slow start to their season and are 0-2, but received 22 points.
Kennett is ranked #7 with a record of 1-1 and received 16.50 points.
Doniphan in their first year with a varsity team is 0-2 and received 12 points.
