Announcements -

Congrats to Margo Nea (4th in Junior Girls) and Gabrielle Brown (25th in Freshmen girls) for medaling at the Jackson Cross Country Invitational on Saturday.

There is a Junior Class Magazine Sales Meeting in the auditorium today during advisory.

There is a boys basketball open gym today and Thursday after school until 5:00 pm in the BEC.

There will be an FCCLA meeting Wednesday, Aug 29 during advisory in the auditorium.  All students interested in joining can attend. The FCCLA membership dues are $15 and must be paid by the September 19 general meeting. 

FCA will have their first breakfast on Friday, August 31, at 7:15 AM at Risen Church.  All students are welcome to attend the breakfasts.  If you wish to be a member, then dues are $15 and that pays for your t-shirt.  If you have any questions please see Mrs. A. Simmons or Mr. Lovelady.   

The DHS entrance doors will be unlocked each day after school until 6:00 pm.  

Kicking Cats Dance Team - The make up dance camp is Saturday September 8th from 10:00-12:00 at Melissa's school of dance in Sikeston. Please bring money.  It is $18 for the day and $10 for everyday that you missed unless you have paid in full.  If you are unable to attend please turn in your money into the office and notify Mrs. Monroe.  It is very important that you be there.
