Lauren Rascher Receives Jamie Sifford Scholarship

Dexter, Missouri - Lauren Rascher from Dexter High School received the Jamie Sifford Scholarship in the amount of $500.

Lauren will be attending Murray State University in the fall and major in agriculture education.

"Jamie Sifford was a customer of Biovante from 2014 to 2016. Jamie was a student of farming who was always looking to learn more about how to grow healthier and higher yielding crops. Unfortunately, he passed away on April 23, 2016. Jamie was not just a customer but a friend. While he was passionate about farming, he deeply loved his children and when you were around him you couldn’t help but smile. His personality was one of the best you could find. As long as Biovante exists we will continue to offer graduating seniors from Dexter who pursue a career in agriculture this scholarship," commented Christopher Masters.
