National Title & Escrow Completes Acquisition of County Wide Abstract & Title Company
Dexter, Missouri -  National Title & Escrow is excited to announce that its presence in Dexter, Missouri, is now strengthened by the asset acquisition of County Wide Abstract & Title Company, which has been operating in Stoddard County since 1972.

“We’re thrilled to add County Wide Abstract & Title and its experienced team of employees to our National Title & Escrow brand,” said Jake Nesselrodt, National Title & Escrow’s director of operations. “We have always respected County Wide’s work and know having them on board under the National Title & Escrow name means customers in Dexter and the rest of Southeast Missouri will be even better served in the future.”

The integration of the two title companies also includes County Wide’s registered county title plant. This unique index shows all land transactions related to parcels of land in Stoddard County dating back to 1835 and will serve as a valuable resource for the expanded National Title team to better serve its customers.

National Title’s Dexter office is located at 1526 W Business U.S. 60. The transaction gives National Title more resources and flexibility to better serve current and future clients who have real estate needs in the surrounding area as well. The County Wide Abstract & Title physical location in Dexter is not included in the acquisition.
