In Memory of Trent Shipman

Trent Shipman, son of the late Lee Edward Shipman and Patricia Shively Elmore was born on July 8, 1960 at Sikeston, Missouri and departed this life on March 9, 2018 at Southeast Health Emergency Room in Dexter, Missouri at the age of 57 years.
Mr. Shipman graduated form Bloomfield High School in 1978 and is a resident of Bloomfield. Trent enjoyed staying at his property on the river and relaxing with friends and family. He was a truck driver for Gilster MaryLee for many years, a member of the Crowley Ridge Country Club in Bloomfield, and had a heart of GOLD.
Survivors include his loving companion, Vida Ann; one son, TrentLee Edward Shipman of Fort Worth, Texas; one daughter Jerica Goodman of Bloomfield; two sisters, Katherine Wethington of Dexter and Carol Rozier (Dave) of Osage, Missouri; by four grandchildren; one nephew, Brad Rozier; by one niece, Carissa Danner; by his extended families, the Edwards, McClintocks, and Owens; also by other relatives and close friends.
Besides his parents and step-father, William “Bill” Elmore he was preceded in death by one daughter, Erin Shipman Powell.
Memorial service will be held at a later date.
Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in charge of all arrangements.
