In Memory of Colleen Phillips
Colleen Phillips, daughter of the late Sylvester Page and Ethel Johns Page was born on August 6, 1917 in Mount Vernon, Illinois and departed this life on December 19, 2017 at the Cypress Point Skilled Nursing Center in Dexter, Mo at the age of 100 years.

Colleen was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church in Bloomfield where she was active in the United Methodist Women. She had served on the Stoddard County Election Board for many years.  She was the Past-President of the Stoddard County Historical Society and was a member of the Stoddard County Democratic Women’s Club where she was honored as their Women Of The Year.

She was united in marriage to Floyd E. Phillips on September 25, 1932 in Bloomfield, Mo.  Mr. Phillips preceded her in death on July 1, 1984.

Survivors include: two daughters, Rosemary Sanders (Carl) of Poplar Bluff, Mo and Veta Musgrave (Denton) of Dexter, Mo; eight grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren and twenty-seven great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband; two brothers, Gene Page and Virgil Page; two sisters, Leona Hewett and Evelyn DePriest.

Friends may call at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Friday, December 22, 2017 from 12:30 to 2:00 PM. 

Services will be conducted on Friday, December 22, 2017 at 2:00 PM at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel in Dexter.

Interment will follow at the Bloomfield Cemetery.
