In Memory of Linda Shipman

Linda Lee Shipman, daughter of the late Lloyd Johnny Coffey and Johnnie Mae Huffstutter Coffey, was born in Essex, Missouri on February 18, 1947 and departed this life in Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri on December 9, 2017 at the age of 70.
Mrs. Shipman worked at Emmaus, St. Charles, Missouri as Support Staff for the mentally disabled. She was a member of the Bernie Church of Christ.
Survivors include three sons, Cletus Scott Shipman & wife Julie of O’Fallon, Missouri, Darrin Lee Shipman & wife Lana of Bernie, Missouri and Jason Kyle Shipman of Charleston, Missouri; by one daughter, Kayla Rena Shipman of Bernie, Missouri; by two brothers, Johnny Coffey of St. Peters, Missouri and Keith Coffey of Garland, Texas; by two sisters, Phyllis McLaine and Candy Wilcox, Both of St. Peters, Missouri; by ten grandchildren, Darri Thompson & husband Charlie, Cameron Shipman, Megan Shipman, Skylar Shipman, Keyonna Shipman, Xavier Shipman, Caden Shipman, Michael Isshi, Sarah Duvall and Isaiah Duvall; by seven Great-grandchildren, Levi Thompson, Mason Duvall, Hannah Duvall, Madison Duvall, Lilly Duvall, Noah Duvall and Isaac Duvall; also by other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death other than by her parents, by one brother, Robert Kelly.
Friends may call at the Bernie Church of Christ, Thursday, December 14, 2017 from 4:00 P.M. until 5:30 P.M.
A Memorial service will be conducted at the Bernie Church of Christ starting at 5:30 P.M. with Stan Dauck officiating.
Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Charge of all arrangements.
