Dexter, Missouri - The annual Miss Dexter pageants were held on September 9, 2017 at the Dexter High School Auditorium and sponsored by the Dexter High School choral Department.

The 2017 Little Miss Dexter is Reese Elizabeth Mattingly.  She is the daughter of Lauren and J.W. Mattingly.

2017 First Alternate is Savannah Lykins.  She is the daughter of Crystal Garners and Kevin and Kristen Lykins.

2017 Second Alternate is Reagan Shipman.  She is the daughter of Bud and Holly Shipman.
