Larry Ray Mims, son of Lesley Mims of Dexter, Missouri and the late Barbara Sue Lee Mims was born on March 27, 1959 at Kokomo, Indiana and departed this life on October 2, 2017 at the Southeast Health of Stoddard County in Dexter, Missouri at the age of 58.

Mr. Mims was an employee at the Sheltered Workshop in Dexter, Missouri.

Survivors include his father, Lesley Mims; three brothers, Gary Lee Mims of Potosi, Missouri, Steve Wayne Mims of Dexter, Missouri and Terry Dale Mims of Maryville, Illinois.

Besides his mother Barbara, he was preceded in death by one sister, Patricia Langston.

Friends may call at Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 from 9:30 to 11:00 AM.

A graveside service will be conducted on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at 11:00 AM at the Hagy Cemetery.
