Dexter, Missouri - The 2017 DHS Football Homecoming Queen Coronation was held on Friday, September 22, 2017 at Charles Bland Stadium.  The eight homecoming candidate of the evening was Hannah Thurmon.

Hannah is a senior and the daughter of Matt and Mindy Thurmon.

She was nominated by the varsity volleyball team.

Hannah is a member of Future Business Leaders of America, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Future Teachers of America, Sr. Beta Club, Pep Club, varsity volleyball, and varsity basketball.

Her future plans are to attend a 4-year university and play basketball or volleyball majoring in sports medicine.

Her escort was  Nick Trout.

Nick is a senior and the son of Hank and Renee' Trout.

He is a member of the varsity football team, Future Teachers of America, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Future Business Leaders of America, Pep Club, Student Council, Sr. Beta Club, National Honors Society and Top 10%.
