Roy Mitchell Parker, son of the late Lee Parker and Nadine Chadwell Parker was born on April 9, 1942 in Dexter, Missouri and departed this life on August 24, 2017 at his residence in Dexter, Missouri at the age of 75.
Mr. Parker served in the United States Army and was a Truck Driver.
On October 30, 1978, he was united in marriage to Marlene Sheubrook in Dexter, Missouri. Mrs. Parker survives of the home in Dexter.
Besides his wife, he is survived by two sons, Darren Parker (Amber Golden) of North Carolina and Jason (Jyl) Cato of Dexter, Missouri; by three daughters, Lisa Parker of The State of Washington, Beverly (Robert) Cookson of Dexter, Missouri, and Amy (Jarrod) Tipton of Campbell, Missouri; by ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; by one brother, Robert Parker and one sister Kim Seabough.
Friends may call at the Rainey Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Sunday, August 27, 2017 from 12:30 to 1:30 PM.
Services will be conducted on Sunday, August 27, 2017 at 1:30 PM at the Rainey Mathis Funeral Chapel in Dexter with Rev. Randolph Johnson officiating.
Interment will follow at the Hagy Cemetery.

Jed Marc McGowan, son of Jerry Don McGowan and Shirley Louise Nichols McGowan, was born in Dexter, Missouri on March 7, 1959 and departed this life at Southeast Health Center of Stoddard County of Dexter, on August 26, 2017 at the age of 58.
Mr. McGowan was a Veteran of the United States Army, and was a resident of Bernie.
Survivors include his parents, Jerry Don and Shirley Louise McGowan of Bernie, Missouri; by two brothers, Justin McGowan & wife Michelle of Dexter, Missouri and Joey McGowan of Bernie, Missouri; by two sisters, Jill McGowan Asher & husband Will of Bernie, Missouri and Mary Beth Johnson & husband Brent of Dexter, Missouri; also by eleven Nieces and Nephews; also by other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by one nephew, Jared McGowan; by one great-nephew, Myles Gooch.
Graveside Memorial Services will be conducted on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. in the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri.

In Memory of Allen Christian

Allen Page Christian, son of the late Warner Christian and Erma Harris Christian was born on April 14, 1928 in Acorn Ridge, Missouri and departed this life on August 26, 2017 at his residence in Dexter surrounded by his loving family, at the age of 89.
Mr. Christian was a Sergeant in the United States Army and served in the Korean War. In 1958, he started the Taylor and Christian Auto Sales. In 1978, he opened Allen Christian, Buick-Pontiac-Oldsmobile-GMC. Along with his sons, he developed it into one of the premier GMC dealerships in the area.
On January 24, 1950, he was united in marriage to Thelma Riley in Piggott, Arkansas. Mrs. Christian survives of their home in Dexter.
Besides his wife he is survived by three sons, Denny and wife Traci Christian of Dexter, Terry Christian and Melisha Hinklin of Dexter and Bruce and wife Amy Christian of Dexter; by one sister, Betty McDougal of Mission, Kansas; by eleven grandchildren, Beth and husband Billy Fowler, Matt and wife Lynne Christian, Kyle and wife Bailey Christian, Tory and husband Drew Sherman, Alex Neldon, Cody Neldon, Katie Christian, Johnna Hinklin, Evi Bailey, Colby Christian and Ben Christian; and by five great-grandchildren, Camden Christian, Gracyn Fowler, Grant Sherman, Kinsley Christian and Cruz Christian.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by three brothers, Harold Christian, Carroll Christian and Charles Christian and by four sisters, Deane Kirby, Virginia Milner, Maxine Underwood and Geneva Lewis.
Friends may call at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Sunday, August 27, 2017 from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.
Funeral services will then be conducted on Monday, August 28, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel in Dexter with Rev. Mark Smith and Rev. Greg McGhee officiating.
Interment will follow in the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield with full Military Honors.
In Lieu of flowers the family requests all memorials be made to the 18 Fore Life, c/o Scott Kruse 705 Laurie Circle, Dexter, Missouri 63841.

In Memory of Mary Ruth Clubb

Mary Ruth Clubb, daughter of the late Lorn Ogelvie and Pernie Crain Ogelvie was born on January 2, 1955 in Bernie, Missouri and departed this life on August 22, 2017 at the Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri at the age of 62.
Mrs. Clubb was a former nurse at the Black River Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri and was a member of the Star Community Church in Fisk, Missouri. She loved her dogs Lillie, Josie and grand-dog Tipper.
On May 28, 1983, she was united in marriage to Dan Clubb in Bloomfield, Missouri. Mr. Clubb survives of the home in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
Besides her husband Dan, she is survived by one son, Christopher A. Renfro of Dexter, Mo.; by two daughters, Rebekah Clubb of Poplar Bluff, Mo and Mary Ellen Clubb of Dexter, Mo.; by three brothers, Louis Ogelvie and Joe Ogelvie both of Bernie, Mo and Don Ogelvie of Lake Village, Ark.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Friends may call at the Rainey Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Saturday, August 26, 2017 from 12:00 (noon) to 2:00 PM.
Services will be conducted on Saturday, August 26, 2017 at 2:00 PM at the Rainey Mathis Funeral Chapel in Dexter with Rev. Bill Pennington officiating.
Interment will follow at the Hagy Cemetery.

Lois Francis Caldwell of Puxico, daughter of the late Lestie and Minnie Mossman O'Neal, was born December 8, 1927, in Puxico, Missouri and passed away at her home near Puxico on August 23, 2017, at the age of 89 years, 8 months and 15 days.
She had lived in Puxico all her life. She was a member of the Corinth General Baptist Church near Puxico, the CC Community Club, was treasurer of the Rock Hill Cemetery for several years and enjoyed sewing and quilting.
On January 10, 1948, she married Delmar Loran Caldwell. He preceded her in death on January 17, 1983.
Surviving are three sons & wives, Barry & Connie Caldwell and Loran & Carol Caldwell all of Puxico, Jerry & Debbie Caldwell of Dexter; nine grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; two brothers & wife, Gene & Dorothy O'Neal and Russell O'Neal both of Puxico; and two sisters & husband, Helen & Bill McCullar of Puxico and Loreda Jansen of Dexter; one daughter in law, Virginia Caldwell of Jefferson Ciy. Other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Linda Caldwell, one son, Dale Caldwell; grandson, Scott Caldwell; one brother, Freeman L. O'Neal and three sisters, Fernie Julius, Shirley Bolin and Virginia Spears.
Friends may call on Saturday, August 26, 2017, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Corinth General Baptist Church near Puxico, services will follow at 1:00 p.m. at the church with Rev. Jimmy Clark of Puxico officiating.
Interment will follow at the Rock Hill Cemetery near Puxico, Missouri with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Puxico in charge of arrangements.
