Dexter, Missouri - The Dexter School Board met in Closed Session this week.  Below are the minutes released by Amy James, Interim Superintendent and Director of Special Services

In Closed Session:

1.  The board accepted the resignation of the following:
    
Michele Cannon, MS Building Aide

2.  The board employed the following; pending favorable background checks (if applicable):  
    
        Eric Boles-HS Boys Tennis

        Brad Hann-Bus Mechanic

        Shelly Culp-Business Teacher
        
        Tamara Mallard-Special Services Aide
    
        Cody Boyer-Special Services Aide

        Brooke Walker-Special Services Aide

        Angie Seabaugh-Special Services Aide

3.  The board approved the following internal transfers for the
2017-2018 school year:

Transfer of Christin Stone to 3-8 ACE

Transfer of Rebekah McGhee to K-2 special services aide

4.  Discussion of administrative personnel.  

5.  Discussion of internal candidates for HS Principal position

    Motion to approve Alana Dowdy as HS Principal for 2017-2018
