Dexter School Staff Honored for 40+ Years of Service

Dexter, Missouri - Dexter R-XI Pubic School employees were honored with pins and certificates for their years of service within the school district in five-year increments. Honorees gathered at the Bearcat Event Center on Tuesday, May 9, 2017. This will become an annual tradition at Dexter Schools.
Lori Murphy, pictured with Assistant Superintendent, Gavin Miller, is about to complete her 41st year teaching at T.S. Hill Middle School. She began her career at Dexter when the current middle school building opened its doors in 1976.
She was honored with a pin, a certificate and a standing ovation from her fellow staff members.
