Dexter, Missouri - SoutheastHEALTH of Stoddard County will host FREE Stoddard County Athletic Physicals for both middle school and high school students on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 from 3:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. at the Dexter High School cafeteria.
As a reminder, the physical forms must be completed and have a parent's signature prior to the physical.
Any student participating in a school sport must have a physical prior to the first day of practice. Football players start practice very soon so this is a perfect opportunity for you to get your physical completed and at no cost.
Stoddard County, Missouri - The 2016 - 2017 Stoddard County Athletic Association (SCAA) All-Conference Baseball Team was announced on Friday, May 12, 2017.
Cassidy Freed of Bernie earned Player of the Year and Coach Brad Botsch of Bernie received Coach of the Year.

Dexter, Missouri - The 2016-2017 academic school season will be over very soon; however coaches and athletes are already working towards their 2017-2018 sports' seasons. Coach Kevin Goltra held his first meeting with freshmen and new football athletes along with parents to explain the upcoming season and summer schedule.
Dexter will participate in the Sikeston 7 on 7, Farmington Camp and the SEMO Camp. The cost for both camps is around $200 per athlete.
Coach Goltra also has text messaging for parents and athletes for reminders for practice or any changes in practice times/game times, etc.

The 2017 Dexter High School Football season will kick off at home against the Ste. Genevieve Dragons on Friday, August 18, 2017 in Class 3, District 1.
Dexter, Missouri - The Dexter High School baseball team celebrated Senior Night on Monday, May 8, 2017. As a bonus the Bearcats easily defeated the Portageville Bulldogs 9 - 4.
Riley Mason is the son of Tim and Donna Mason.
He has played baseball all four years of high school.
Riley was also a member of Future Farmers of America his freshman and sophomore years at Dexter High School.
His future plans after graduation are undecided at this time.

He has participated on the Dexter High School baseball team all four years from freshman - senior year.
He is also a member of the National Honor Society.
His future plans are to attend Ranken Technical College in St. Louis, Missouri and obtain an Associate Degree in HVAC.
