Stoddard County, Missouri - The Stoddard County Republicans Club announced the winner of the 2017 Scholarship.

Miss Bailee Hyslip is the recipient and is a senior at Bernie High School.

Her future plans are to attend Southeast Missouri State University - Cape Girardeau in the fall.  Her major is Psychology with a minor in business.
