DHS Juniors Inducted into National Honor Society

Dexter, Missouri - The Dexter High School held their National Honor Society Inductee Ceremony on Thursday, April 27th for juniors and seniors.

Mr. Rybolt, DHS Band Director, performed the introduction and served as the master of ceremony.  Mrs. Wiggins spoke about Scholarship, Mrs. Colley about Service, Mrs. Christian spoke about Leadership and Mrs. Guy about Character.

Each student was asked to stand, raise their right hand and say the pledge:  "I pledge to uphold the high purposes of the National Honor Society to which I have been selected; I will be true to the principles for which it stands; and will maintain and encourage the high standards of Scholarship, Service, Leadership, and Character."

Certificates were presented to each inductee as they crossed the stage in the DHS auditorium.  Lemonade and cookies were served in the cafeteria afterwards.

Juniors inducted were: Cassidy Bess, Layla Brown, Skyler Brown, Macy Cecil, Maci Daniels, Michaela Gard, Seth Harris, Landon Henson, Jonni Hill, Rhylan Hillis, Bryson Huggins, Addison Kruse, Emily Ladd, Paige Moore, Lauren Rascher, Jake Rice, Sean Rybolt, Amber Scott, Nicole Sells, Rachel Singh, Greyson Stephens, Nick Trout, Bailee Williams, and Jack Worley.
