Bobby J Luebbers and Sarah E. Haney of Bloomfield are pleased to announce the birth of a son, born March 3, 2017 at 12:19 p.m. at the Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

Noah William Luebbers arrived weighing 6 lbs., 12 oz., and was 18 and 3/4 inches long at birth.

Maternal grandparents are Scott Haney of Bloomfield and Sharon Shaffer of Chaffee.

Paternal grandparents are Gary Shackles and Laura Shackles of Bloomfield.
