Bloomfield, Missouri - The Stoddard County Historical Society will meet at the Stars and Stripes Museum at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, February 27, 2017.
Special guest, Clint Lacy, will discuss "Blood in the Ozarks: Union War Crimes against Southern Sympathizers and Civilians in Occupied Missouri" his book about the Civil War.
The public is welcome to attend and there is no fee for this special event at the Stars & Stripes Museum.

Dexter, Missouri - The Dexter Bearcat Bullpen Club is making available Sponsorship Pennants to local businesses to benefit the Dexter High School baseball team.
These lightweight, durable pennants will be on display at the East City Park along the north fence by the newly renovated field.
Cost for the pennant is $250 for the first year and $150 renewal fee each year after. All proceeds go to benefit the DHS Baseball team and facilities.
