Kennett Sinks 3-pointer for a Win Over Dexter

Dexter, Missouri - Third time's a charm they say and for the Kennett Indians it proved to be right on Friday night at the Bearcat Event Center in Dexter.  Jad Kenny, a 6'5" center hit a 3-pointer with just 1.5 seconds left in the game securing a 43-40 win. Dexter won their first two encounters in December 63 - 41 and 42 - 39.

It was also Senior Night for the Dexter Bearcats!  Boys Basketball, Kickin' Cats Dance Team, and the Basketball Cheer Program recognized their seniors on their last home game of the season. Each senior will have a separate write-up and will be posted on the ShowMe Times.

For Kennett's Jad Kenny, well it was just his night at Dexter.  He tallied a team-high 17 points, the game winning basket and he earned him his 1,000th point of his high school career during the 4th quarter.
