Ed Ray Cooper and Susan Marie Forshee-Cooper of Williamsville, Missouri announce the birth of a son, Collin Ray Cooper born December 19, 2016 at 8:01 a.m.

Collin Ray was born at the SoutheastHEALTH Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri and weighed 9 lbs., 14 oz.  He was 21 inches long at birth.

Maternal grandparents are Gary and Janie Forshee and Teresa Hicks all of Dexter.

Paternal grandparents are Bill and Sandy Cooper of Salem, Missouri.
