Zachary Tyler Bulmeister and Faith Collins Bollinger are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter.

Phyrrha Lizbeth Jane Bulmeister was born at 7:55 a.m. on October 9, 2016 at the SoutheastHEALTH Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. She arrived weighing 7 lbs., 11 oz., and was 20 inches long at birth.

Maternal grandparents are Laura Cruttenden of Dexter, Missouri and John Collins of Essex, Missouri.

Paternal grandparent is Amy Scott of Puxico, Missouri.
