Dexter, Missouri - The Dexter Middle School boys basketball team hosted Woodland on Tuesday, October 25th in the home opener.
The Bearcats jumped out to a 7 - 2 lead in the first quarter and never looked back as they easily defeated the Cardinals 41 - 19. The Bearcats led at half-time 18 - 6.
Dexter's 7th grade guard Dylan Sitze #5 finished in double digits with two treys and 3 buckets for a total of 12 points.
Joey Farver #25, center, also finished in double digits for the Bearcats with 11 points.
Woodland's Cecil Abernathy #10 finished with 13 points.

The 7th grade middle school boys basketball team (1-0) will be back in action on Thursday, October 27th when they host the Bernie Mules in the Bearcat Event Center at 6:00 p.m.
