Chad Eugene and Jessica Lynn Bevel-Payne of Puxico are pleased to announce the birth of a daughter, born September 26, 2016 at the SoutheastHEALTH Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

Ellie Meyer Payne arrived at 1:15 p.m. weighting 8lbs., 2 oz., and was 20.5 inches long at birth.

Maternal grandparents are Bill Bevel of Campbell and Mary Branch of Kennett.

Paternal grandparents are Ronnie Payne and Shirley Payne both of Puxico.
