2016 Football Homecoming Queen Candidate - Margo Nea

Dexter, Missouri - The 2016 Football Homecoming Queen coronation was held prior to the start of the Dexter Bearcats vs Kennett Indians game on Friday, September 30, 2016.

The ninth candidate of the evening was Miss Margo Nea.


She is the daughter of Amber and Mark Nea and is a freshman at Dexter High School.

Margo was nominated by the football team.

She is a member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Future Business Leaders of America, Honors Choir, girls basketball, cross country, and field & track teams.

Her future plans are to attend college at the University of Missouri - Columbia and earn a degree.

Gabe Jackson escorted Miss Nea.

He is a junior at Dexter High School and is the son of Dale and Kim Jackson.

He is a member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Future Business Leaders of America, Honors Choir, varsity football, and varsity basketball.

She is the daughter of Michael and Alona Mullins and is a senior at Dexter High School.

Chelsea was nominated by the varsity football cheerleaders.

she is a member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes and varsity football cheer.

Her future plans are to attend St. Louis College of Pharmacy.

Ryder Foster escorted Miss Mullins.

He is the son of Todd and Angie Foster and is a freshman at Dexter High School.

Ryder is a member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes and is on the varsity football team.

Dexter, Missouri - The 2016 Football Homecoming Queen coronation was held prior to the start of the Dexter Bearcats vs Kennett Indians game on Friday, September 30, 2016.

The seventh candidate of the evening was Miss Reagan Miller.

She is the daughter of Travis and Laura Miller and Steve and Tracy Watkins and is a senior at Dexter High School.

Reagan was nominated by the girls tennis team.

She is a co-captain of Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and is active in Sr. Beta Club, National honor Society, Top 10%, Scholar Bowl, Refuge Youth Group, Teenage Republicans, girls tennis, and track & field team.

Her future plans are to attend the Naval Academy and major in oceanography and become a naval officer.

She was escorted by Brock Simmons.

Brock is a sophomore at Dexter High School and is the son of Westley and Amy Simmons.

He is a member of Future Farmers of America, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Sr. Beta Club, Student Council, and the varsity football team.

Lexi is the daughter of Perry and Patty May and is a senior at Dexter High School.

She was nominated by the girls tennis team.

Lexi is a member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Rotary Interact, Teens Against Smoking Coalition, National Honor Society, Sr. Beta Club, National Sr. Beta Club where she is a member of the executive board, Model UN, Student Council, FLC, FCCLA, Future Teachers of America, the varsity tennis team.

Her future plans are to attend Arkansas State University where she plans to become a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.

Blake Palmer escorted Miss May.  He is a senior at Dexter High School and the son of Danielle Palmer.

He is a member of the football team and track & field team.

Janie is the daughter of Elaina and Kevin Lindsey and is a senior at Dexter High School.

She was nominated by the volleyball team.

Janie is a member of Student Council, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Future Teachers of America, National Honor Society, Sr. Beta Club, Teens Against Smoking Coalition, Art Club, the varsity volleyball team, and is the Student Body Vice President.

Escorting Lindsey was Jason Jarrell.

Jason is the son of Dennis and Paula Jarrell and is a senior at Dexter High School.

He is involved in Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Future Business Leaders of America, and Sr. Beta Club.
