Bernie responded in the bottom of the 4th by scoring 6 runs. It started off by a lead off double by Jayce Burk (senior) followed by a wild pitch. Guzman sacrificed to start the inning off. Burk, Josh Ellenburg (sophomore), and Dalton Hobgood (junior) all recorded hits in the 4th.

"Today was better. We definitely walked out of here feeling better because of scored runs today," commented head baseball coach Marcus Massey. "Over all it was pretty good. Still have a few things we need to clean up, but I think we are headed in the right direction."
"It's early and there is a lot of baseball left this fall so we shall see," continued Massey.
