Daniel and Heather Backfisch-Mustain of Poplar Bluff are pleased to announce the birth of a son, born June 23, 2016, at 2:29 pm at the Poplar Bluff Medical Center.

James Ryder Mustain weighed 7 lbs., 1 oz., and was 20 inches long at birth. 

He was welcomed home by his big sister, Macy Olivia. 

Maternal grandparents are Don and Andrea Backfisch of Dexter. 

Paternal grandparents are Karen Mustain of Troy, MO, and the late James Mustain.

Ryder is the first great-grandson of Kay Ayers of Dexter.
