In Loving Memory of Norma L. Davis

Norma Lea Davis, 78, of Advance, passed away July 7, 2016 at her home.  She was born on December 15, 1937, the daughter of John and Zora Lea Perrigan Dixon.

Norma had been a homemaker.  She was a member of the Dexter First Baptist Church. She was the ultimate St. Louis Cardinal fan.

Norma and Floyd Davis were united in marriage on June 4, 1955 at Jackson, MO and he survives of the home.

Survivors include: her husband; Floyd Davis of Advance, two daughters; Pamela (Perry) Jolliff of Dexter and Lea Ann (Tim) Clark of Dexter, five brothers; Jim Dixon of Patton, John Dixon of Sikeston, Don Dixon of Sikeston, Ted Dixon of Perryville and Joe Dixon of Temple, TX, a sister; Linda Webster of Fort Worth, TX, four grandchildren; Brent Irwin of Advance, Haylee Githens of Poplar Bluff,  Blake Clark of Dexter and Selena Irwin, six great-grandchildren; Kendall Githens, Trystan Kurz, Lexi Irwin, Kasen Clark, Karleigh Muscgrave and Mila Clark.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister; Brenda Eakin.

Visitation will be held on Sunday July 10, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance.  A funeral service will be held on Monday July 11, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the chapel with Rev. Don Kennedy officiating.  Burial will follow at Morgan Memorial Park in Advance.
