Anna Marie Martin, daughter of the late Henry Baker and Icie Touchstone Baker, was born on October 31, 1921 in Dexter, Missouri and departed this life on January 28, 2016 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Peters, Missouri at the age of 94.

Mrs. Martin was a member of the First Christian Church Disciples of Christ in Dexter, Missouri.  She was a homemaker and a resident of St. Peters, Missouri, formerly of Dexter.

On August 22, 1940, she was united in marriage to Lee A. (Dick) Martin in Kennett, Missouri.  Mr.Martin preceded her in death on October 27, 2005.

She is survived by two daughters, Patricia Schott and husband Glenn of Belleville, Illinois and Brenda Ward and husband Jerry of St. Peters, Missouri; by one sister, Melba Snider of Livonia, Michigan; by three grandchildren, Amy Martin and husband Heath, Stephen Schott and wife Elizabeth and Kevin Schott and wife Jennifer; and by seven great-grandchildren, Jordan Schott, Alex Schott, Collin Schott, Madison Schott, Will Schott, Sarah Schott and Katherine Schott.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Joe Baker, Oren Baker and Dick Baker; and by two sisters, Margriete Laudzers and Marion Deardorff.

A graveside service will be conducted at Dexter Cemetery on Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Mike Williams officiating.
