Brenda Elaine Leibowitz, daughter of the late Noah Hutchcraft and Linda Curd Hutchcraft, was born on October 6, 1949 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri and departed this life on January 24, 2016 at SoutheastHEALTH in Cape Girardeau, Missouri at the age 66.

Mrs. Leibowitz attended the Assembly of God Church in Dexter and was a homemaker.

On January 29, 1966, she was united in marriage to Don Leibowitz in Illinois. Mr. Leibowitz survives of the home.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by one son, Don Leibowitz and wife Sandra of Dexter; by one daughter, Jackie Anderson and husband Jeff of Dexter, Missouri; by one brother, Kenneth Hutchcraft of Catoosa, Oklahoma; by ten grandchildren, Stephen Leibowitz, Christopher Leibowitz, Matthew Leibowitz, Daniel Leibowitz, Marissa Leibowitz, Sierra Leibowitz, Anna Leibowitz, Austin Parish, Katelyn Parish and Faith Anderson; and by six great-grandchildren.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by eight siblings.

Friends may call at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Wednesday, January 27, 2016 from 12:00 Noon to 2:00 P.M..

Funeral services will be conducted in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel on Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Michael Kohlbaker officiating.

Interment will follow in the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery.
