Dexter, Missouri - The Dexter Fire Department recognized new firemen at their annual Christmas Party.  Designated as "newbies" these firefighters have gone through extensive training and most had experience as a firemen prior to coming to Dexter.

Tyler Whitson, FD2, was hired September 8, 2015 from Bloomfield.  

Dylan Poore, FD 6, was hired September 8, 2015.

Kirk Frizzell, FD 13, out of Kansas was hired June 2, 2015.  

Chad Tilley, FD 26, from Essex was hired September 8, 2015.  

Joshua Craft, FD 29, was hired September 8, 2015. 

Each firefighter has gone through rigorous training throughout the year and are well prepared to handle most any situation.
